The registration fee covers Access to all sessions and game tracks, Program material and game resources, Certificate of Participation, One social networking dinner, Opportunity to showcase capstone game and win awards.
In case the program is postponed, canceled, or disrupted due to circumstances beyond our control—including but not limited to war, national emergencies, natural disasters, political unrest, pandemic restrictions, or acts of government—the organizers:
Will notify participants at the earliest.
May reschedule or shift the program to an online format.
Will offer partial or full refunds only if rescheduling is not feasible.
Shall not be held liable for any costs incurred by participants related to travel, accommodation, or any third-party arrangements.
Cancellation Charges:
Cancellation between May 15–23, 2025: 50% refund
Cancellation after May 23, 2025 or no-show: No refund
Full refund will be provided in case of program cancellation by the organizers
